We always charge for the actual time involved in completing a job, however we do have a 1-hour minimum trip charge. For smaller jobs, we charge by the hour. Our rates start at $85 per hour. We are fully insured and licensed for all types of work. For larger jobs, such as remodel work, insulation installation, or appliance replacement, we will send you a quote for your approval. Sometimes, we may run into unforeseen obstacles that significantly affect the time and materials needed to complete a job. When this happens, we will always let you know how it may affect the cost, and ask for authorization, before moving forward.
